What you will do:

You will be responsible for:

  • Following the Clik standards and methodologies to ensure we reduce risk;
  • Working with management, designers, developers and end users to gather requirements and estimate the time requirements for the project;
  • Monitoring the project at all times and identify issues in a timely manner;
  • Improving and implement a testing procedure together with the QA team;
  • Reviewing developer’s deliverables before any product demo / release;
  • Keeping any related documentation updated and stored appropriately;
  • Coordinating and work closely with compliance teams to ensure compliance of the platform;
  • Keeping backlogs up to date, velocity on track, ensure that delivery dates are met as best as possible, and be aware of and actively remove blockages, whatever they may be;
  • Attending developer team meetings as necessary;
  • Solving technical or functional issues in a calm and timely manner;
  • Demonstrating clear, solid leadership skills and ability for problem solving;

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a product owner or manager;
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment essential;
  • Strong English written and speaking skills. Some Khmer beneficial;
  • Excellent documentation skills;
  • Experience with FinTech, Payments, Banking and PCI Compliance a plus.;
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and technical diagramming tools such as LucidChart or Visio;
  • Experience in using Confluence for documentation beneficial.
