What you will do:

  • Report to the Chief Executive Officer
  • Ensure the business operates within the Clik's mission statement
  • Work towards the constant improvement of the operational systems, processes and policies to better support management reporting, information flow among departments, business process and organizational planning
  • Drive and implement initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence
  • Manage and increase the efficiency of Clik’s departments, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between the different business functions
  • Propose actions to improve profitability/overall strategy, based on financial data/statements and KPI’s analysis
  • Coordinate activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
  • Plan, schedule, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.
  • Oversee administration, procurement, HR and training departments.
  • Ensure that communication between departments is ongoing and utilized to maintain an environment of continuous improvement
  • Work with Data Protection Officer to oversee and maintain the Record and Information Management System
  • Drafting, reviewing and finanilsing documentation including reports and legal documents
  • Liaison with all the relevant third parties
  • Review and finalize equipment/software needs
  • Makes sure the working environment is productive, friendly and maintains access to quality equipment
  • Oversee general office maintenance; coordinating the repair & replacement of office equipment; ordering furniture and other office equipment; and liaison with sub-contractors and building management.

What we are looking for:

  • You are a great match with our strong and value driven culture;
  • +3 years relevant experience in management, operations, and leadership.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Tech-savvy, up to date and at ease with the latest online communication & productivity tools;
  • Solid understanding of financial management;
  • Highly accurate and detail orientated with experience working to a tight deadline
  • Ability to work autonomously and find solutions to problems;
  • Comfortable with highly dynamic and high uncertainty environments;
  • Excellent communication skills.
