What you will do:

  • Demonstrate Team Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Demonstrate Requirement Gathering capabilities
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and Technical Team Leaders.
  • Assist development team solve technical issues and remove blockages
  • Knows when to dig further and to check teams’ opinions
  • Manage a backlog and a Sprint of work
  • Conduct daily stand up meetings and help resolve blockages with the team as soon as possible
  • Ensure team delivers to the best of their ability and that all requirements are fully understood
  • Ensure the team have all the resources and information they need to deliver
  • Ensure all teams co-ordinate and communicate effectively
  • Check and improve on all processes during the development cycle
  • Regular checks that testing environments are running and ensure that there is feedback presented to the team when appropriate
  • Can suggest suitable training for the technical team where appropriate
  • Regularly reports progress and can help put together documentation when needed

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience working on software development projects.
  • Excellent communication skills - ideally in both English and Khmer
  • Ability to manage resource conflicts
  • Familiarity with a variety of technical platforms and methodologies
  • A solid understanding on business strategies - ideally with FinTech experience
  • Experience with Agile approaches.
