What you will do:

  • Report to the Chief Commercial Officer and the CEO

  • Manage a large accounts portfolio, ensuring that they are utilising the full benefits of the Clik platform and are satisfied with our services

  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Managers who are responsible for managing our medium account portfolio (ensuring that they are utilising the full benefits of the Clik platform and are satisfied with our services)

  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships with medium and large accounts

  • Communicate with large account clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries, acting as the liaison between large account customers and internal teams including the Chief Commercial Officer and the CEO

  • Handle complaints and problems from our large accounts, in a timely and effective manner

  • Achieve assigned medium and large account objectives

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics across small, medium and large accounts using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools which are put at your disposal to efficiently complete these duties

  • Ensure that the Sales Managers and their respective teams of Sales Associates are utilising properly the CRM and SFA tools

  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet Clik client needs, not only by monitoring and analysing sales performance but also by continually monitoring the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to provide feedback to the Commercial Leadership team (Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Customer Service Director and Chief Executive Officer) and recommend strategies

  • Participate in Commercial Leadership team meetings by setting the medium and large account strategy/objectives and budget/forecasts

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and budgets/forecasts

  • Identify new potential strategic customers, for Sales Associates and Managers to qualify and convert to Clik

  • Participate in the Sales team recruiting process


What we are looking for:

  • 3-4 years of experience as Sales Director and a well-earned local & national network

  • You have proven experience in achieving sales targets

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Comfortable with taking quick decisions and leading teams

  • You have experience in managing and training teams

  • You are persuasive and able to motivate others

  • You can work under pressure

  • You speak Khmer and English in proficiency

  • You are the tech Savvy
