What you will do:

  • Ensure that the VPN is working correctly in all company’s laptops
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Ensuring that all employees are fully set up with sharepoint desktop and other corporate software/systems
  • Help with Office 365 and other issues that might arise
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Making sure all corporate laptops have Admin accounts, back up old user accounts, redeploy computers
  • Deal with all the network and internet related problems
  • Making sure that office procedures are PCI compliant
  • Taking care of general security related matters
  • General IT support (fixing IT related problems that might arise)

What we are looking for:

  • IT related background
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Certifications are preferred, but not required
  • Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time
  • A logical mind
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Patience
