WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Clik’s IT Support your role will include:

  • Ensuring that VPNs are working correctly in all computers
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Ensuring that all employees are fully set up with SharePoint, Teams and any other software/systems
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Creating accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Making sure all corporate laptops have Admin accounts, backing up old user accounts, redeploying computers
  • Dealing with all the network and internet issues
  • Making sure that office procedures are PCI compliant
  • Taking care of general security related matters

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who ideally has:

  • A background in IT, with 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
  • Working knowledge and expertise with a range of software, hardware, and applications, including Office 365
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritise numerous projects at the simultaneously
  • Good problem solving and communication skills
  • Certifications are preferred but not required
