Customer Service Specialist

As Clik’s Customer Service Specialist your role will include:

  • Reporting to the Director of Customer Services
  • Responding to Customer Services inquires and issues
  • Helping guide and educate customers about Clik’s products
  • Owning problems from start through to resolution on behalf of the customer in real time or through comprehensive and timely follow-ups with the team
  • Researching complex issues across multiple databases and working with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues
  • Meeting the established KPI for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
  • Taking on other tasks or projects to support the team and Customer Services operations
  • Willing to work in shifts


We are looking for someone who ideally has:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer;
  • 2+ years relevant experience in one of the areas is required: KYC, AML, Due Diligence, Customer Services, Contact Center, or Financial Services;
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to solve problems timely and effectively;
