WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Clik’s Customer Service Associate your role will include:

  • Reporting to the Director of Customer Service
  • Responding to Customer Service enquiries and issues
  • Helping guide and educate customers about Clik’s products
  • Escalating problems through to resolution on behalf of the customer in real time or through comprehensive and timely follow-ups with the team
  • Meeting the established KPI for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
  • Taking on other tasks or projects to support the team and Customer Service operations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who ideally has:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in Customer Services, Contact Centres or Financial Services is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer
  • Previous experience in one of the following areas is preferred: Customer Services, Contact Centres or Financial Services
  • Quick learner with a passion for self-improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Eager to fit in with our strong and value-driven culture
  • Ability to work effectively as a team and assist in creating a friendly working environment
  • Willing to work in shifts
