WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Clik’s Customer Operations Associate your role will include:

  • Working on newly developed eKYC systems to review online applications for new accounts;
  • Ensure the speedy and high accuracy with onboarding the clients;
  • Reviewing compliance requirements & risk level of customers;
  • Implement the policy and procedure to meet the expectations;
  • Good service and communication when interacting with new customers;
  • May include additional investigations for customer due-diligence, fraud investigations and complaints resolution.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who ideally has:

  • Some experience with KYC, customer account opening or working at a financial institution is preferred;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Good time management;
  • High responsibility and focused;
  • Ability to identify error and propose changes for developments.
