WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Clik’s Contact Centre Supervisor your role will include:

  • Reporting to the Director of Customer Service and Contact Centre
  • Leading and controlling the Contact Centre team to provide 5-star custom service
  • Overviewing and managing dispute resolution and tracking reports
  • Being knowledgeable about products and systems
  • Training teams regularly about products, systems, and procedures
  • Driving and overviewing the team’s KPIs
  • Maintaining productivity and availability of the Contact Centre
  • Ensuring daily processes are smoothly running to meet service commitment levels
  • Serving as an escalation point to communicate promptly with IT and other divisions when related issues occur, this includes extended evening hours and weekends
  • Developing schedules and effectively delivering staffing levels that consistently achieve service level commitments
  • Reviewing and processing schedule change requests
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and optimizing team meetings as well as one on ones
  • Interacting professionally and promoting teamwork within the Customer Service department and other departments
  • Taking on other tasks or projects to support the team and Contact Centre operations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who ideally has:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, operations, and leadership
  • Previous experience in one of the preferred areas: workforce management, KYC, financial services (onboarding or servicing), complaints handling
  • The ability to work autonomously and efficiently problem solve
  • An eagerness to observe our strong and value-driven culture
  • Good attention to detail with experience working with tight deadlines
  • Confidence working in highly dynamic and rapidly evolving environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to build a consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
  • Up-to-date knowledge of technology and a good understanding of the latest online communication and productivity tools
  • Willingness to work in shifts
