WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Clik’s Contact Centre Associate your role will include:

  • Reporting to the Director of Customer Service and Contact Centre
  • Responding to customer inquiry directly by phone with 5-star customer service
  • Assisting with customer complaint resolution on time
  • Creating a good, memorable customer experience
  • Guiding and educating customers about Click’s products
  • Resolving any problems thoroughly in real time or through comprehensive, timely follow-ups with the team
  • Meeting the established KPIs for the position in areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
  • Taking on other tasks or projects to support the team and customer service operations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who ideally has:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer
  • Previous experience in one of the preferred areas: customer services, contact centres or financial services
  • Quick, fluid thinking and a passion for self-improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • An eagerness to observe our strong and value-driven culture
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and assist in creating a friendly working environment
  • The willingness to work in shifts
