WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Clik’s Activation Regional Manager (Sales) your role will include:

  • Ensuring the dedicated Activation teams meet company targets assigned by Chief Commercial Officer and Activation National Director
  • Creating and submitting daily sales and activities report to the Activation National Director
  • Providing support to the Activation teams, explaining, coaching or conducting Clik product and service knowledge sessions for them
  • Maintaining Clik's reputation for new and existing merchants or consumers while reporting competitor activities and market situations for department improvement
  • Assigning and following up on Activation Associate tasks to ensure teams generate qualified leads
  • Act on behalf of the Activation National Director to handle complaints and problems from Clik merchants and consumers, give feedback to your direct manager;
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics across small, medium and large accounts using our Customer Relationship Management and Sales Force Automation tools
  • Ensuring that the commercial teams are utilising the Clik Customer Relationship Management and Sales Force Automation tools
  • Working closely with the National Activation Director and Chief Commercial officer to define and implement sales field action plans and setting the small and medium account objectives for the team
  • Participating in Commercial Leadership team meetings by setting the medium and large account strategy/objectives and budget/forecasts
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and budgets/forecasts
  • Handling of key merchant and Clik partner accounts and relationships

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who ideally has:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager and a well-earned local and national network
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with making quick decisions and leading teams
  • Experience in managing and training teams
  • Persuasive, charismatic and able to motivate others
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Proficient language skills in both Khmer and English
  • Good knowledge and understanding of technology
