WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Clik’s Activation Manager (Sales) your role will include:

  • Reporting to the Activation Regional Manager and Activation National Director
  • Providing support to merchant partners and consumers
  • Conducting Clik product and service sessions for merchant partners and consumers
  • Maintaining company knowledge for new and existing merchants or consumers
  • Reporting competitor activities and market situations to improve team knowledge
  • Managing your team of Activation Associates to cover the assigned territory
  • Providing your team with appropriate guidance to ensure that they are meeting their targets
  • Training your team to use Clik’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools
  • Assigning and following up on Activation Associate tasks to ensure teams generate qualified leads
  • Handling complaints and problems from Clik merchants and consumers efficiently and giving feedback to your direct manager
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics across small, medium and large accounts using our CRM and SFA tools
  • Working closely with the Activation Director and Activation Regional Manager to define and implement field sales action plans and set the small and medium account objectives for your task
  • Suggesting solutions and innovative ideas to meet Clik client needs, identifying new potential strategic customers and participating in the Activation team recruiting process.
  • Handling identified key merchant accounts with the assistance of the team of Activation Associates

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who ideally has:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and a well-earned local network
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets
  • Candidates enjoy working with people and are able to motivate them
  • Experienced at face to face sales with excellent negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
